All products should be stored in an airtight container. They will last 2 weeks in the fridge or 2 months in the freezer. Do not store them in the box that your order comes in.

Some products are made without nuts, BUT all products are made on equipment that are in contact with various nuts. If you have any severe nut allergies, use discretion.

While we are not certified gluten free, all our products use gluten free ingredients. We do use oats in some of our products and those are always certified gluten free.

Yes, all products are vegan

All sales are final. Cancelling or altering orders is not possible unless you have a subcription.

Pick up days are Monday, Wednesday & Friday from 9-11a at the kitchen and Thursdays 4-5p. Local deliveries are Mondays between 1-4p.
