Can I walk into your store?
We are not a store! We are an order-ahead production kitchen only. You can place your orders online and schedule your pick up at checkout.
How do I store Raw Bites?
All products should be stored in an airtight container. They will last 2 weeks in the fridge or 2 months in the freezer. Do not store them in the box that your order comes in.
Do you have nut free products?
Some products are made without nuts, BUT all products are made on equipment that are in contact with various nuts. If you have any severe nut allergies, use discretion.
Are you products gluten free?
While we are not certified gluten free, all our ingredients are gluten-free. We do use oats in some of our products and those are always certified gluten free.
Are your products vegan?
Yes, all products are vegan
Can I cancel my order?
All sales are final. Cancelling or altering orders is not possible.
When are pick ups & deliveries?
Pick up days are Tuesdays, Wednesdays & Fridays from 9a-12p at our kitchen. Local deliveries are Mondays between 1-4p. We deliver up to 10 miles from our kitchen. You can enter your address at checkout to see if you're in range.
Do you ship?
Yes we ship nationwide! Check the "shippable" page for the available products.
Do you take special request orders?
All requests are taken on a case-by-case basis. Please fill out our contact form and we will get back to you as soon as we can.
How do I become a retailer?
