Carrot Cake

A classic cake made healthy, functional and guilt free! A walnut and carrot cake loaded with delicious cinnamon, nutmeg and ginger spices. Layered by a sweet and slightly citrusy vanilla-coconut-cashew cream. Absolutely delicious and perfect for any occasion!

Ingredients: walnuts, cashews, medjool dates, organic shredded carrot, unsweetened shredded coconut, coconut cream, coconut oil, light agave, lemon juice, vanilla extract, ceylon cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, cardamom, lucuma powder, coconut flour, coconut sugar.

*9” cake serves 8-10 people.
