The smooth vanilla cream has more chunks of cacao-coconut cookie dough mixed throughout for that amazing texture contrast. The top chocolate ganache layer is sprinkled with cacao nibs for an antioxidant-rich crunch. Yum!
Ingredients: cashews, almond flour, unsweetened shredded coconut, coconut cream, raw light agave, vanilla extract, cacao powder, activated charcoal powder, lucuma powder, coconut oil, vegan chocolate (cacao paste, cacao butter, coconut sugar, coconut oil), cacao nibs.
