Strawberry Lemon Cake

One of our the favorite summery cakes! This bright and citrusy flavor is perfectly balanced by a vanilla cream with a lovely texture contrast from the walnut date crust.

Ingredients: pecans, cashews, medjool dates, unsweetened shredded coconut, cinnamon, freeze dried strawberry powder, frozen organic strawberries, vanilla extract, ashwagandha, lemon juice, coconut cream, coconut oil

*8” cake serves 8-10 people.

*Must be stored in the freezer.

*Will last for 2 months in an air tight container.
