Carrot Cake

Ingredients: walnuts, cashews, medjool dates, organic carrot, unsweetened shredded coconut, coconut cream, coconut oil, light agave, lemon juice, vanilla extract, cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, lucuma, reishi, coconut sugar, sea salt

*8” cake serves 8-10 people.

*Must be stored in the freezer.
