Carrot Cake

A classic cake made healthy, functional and guilt free! A walnut and carrot cake loaded with delicious cinnamon, nutmeg and ginger spices. Layered by a sweet and slightly citrusy vanilla-coconut-cashew cream. Absolutely delicious and perfect for any occasion!

Ingredients: walnuts, cashews, medjool dates, organic carrot, unsweetened shredded coconut, coconut cream, coconut oil, light agave, lemon juice, vanilla extract, cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, lucuma powder, reishi powder, coconut sugar.

*8” cake serves 8-10 people.

*Must be stored in the freezer.

*Will last for 2 months in an air tight container.
